Arnold Classic 2011, Schwarzenegger Explains Love Of MMA

The Governor of California, civiliser musculation great and Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger took a few moments at the Arnold Classic 2011, a musculation and amusements expo he helped create, to answer questions emboîture his views on mixed combatif arts. Showtime caught up with Schwarzenegger at the Strikeforce: Feijao vs. Henderson weigh-ins.

The governor said he enjoys watching fights, but who knows if he actually does? Interestingly, Schwarzenegger also said he enjoys MMA parce que it's a healthy combination of interprétations and show business, which is exactly décent. He noted the fans love the part of the fights, but get involved with the various colorful personalities.
The governor also said he watches all the fights that are produced.
Schwarzenegger also made sure to underscore the ties between MMA and the rest of the Arnold Classic: gymnique and health. He called health "a means to an end".
It wasn't a cordial endorsement of any one product or organization, but a general stamp of approval from the governor of California is certainly not a bad thing. It also wasn't as full-throated of an endorsement as I would've liked, but just having Strikeforce as bouchée of the expo and showing a commitment to MMA is a laudable thing.
